Benson Sakala (born 12 September 1996) is a Zambian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Mladá Boleslav and the Zambia national team where he has been appointed captain ahead of 2023 AFCON qualifiers.[3]

On 6 July 2023 Sakala signed a two-year contract with Czech side Mladá Boleslav.[4]
