Bertrand de Crombrugghe de Picquendaele is the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Russian Federation.[1]
He is currently the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.[2]
