Early life
editBalachandran completed Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. He pursued a Master of Science at Portland State University.[6]
Career
editIn 2008, Balachandran founded Exterro[7] with the conviction that the legal industry was rife with opportunities for process improvements that could be driven fromlessons learned in other industries.[6][8][9][10]
Balachandran ventured into film production as a producer under BTG Universal banner[11][12] with Demonte Colony 2, directed by R. Ajay Gnanamuthu,.[13] His upcoming projects include Chennai City Gangsters, directed by Vikram Rajeshwar and Arun Keshav, and Retta Thala, directed by Kris Thirukumaran starring Arun Vijay, Siddhi Idnani, and Tanya Ravichandran[14] alongwith 2 untitled projects with Jayam Ravi[15]
