The name Bonava comes from the Swedish word "bo" which means living, and "nav" that means hub.[1]
Bonava is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange.[2]
As part of the group’s strategic review in 2021, it was decided to discontinue operations in Denmark. In 2023, Bonava sold its operations in Norway, now operating under the name Nåbo, and completed the sale of its operations in St. Petersburg, thereby ending all activities in Russia.
