Brett Norfleet (born June 5, 2004) is an American college football tight end for the Missouri Tigers.

Early life
editNorfleet attended high school at Francis Howell where he played both football and baseball.[1] In Norfleet's junior season, he hauled in 26 receptions for 416 yards and five touchdowns, while also having three sacks.[2] Coming out of high school, Norfleet was committed to play football and baseball where he was rated as a four star recruit.[3] Norfleet also held offers from schools such as Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida State, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Purdue, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Washington, West Virginia and USC.[4] Ultimately, Norfleet decided to commit to play college football and baseball for the Missouri Tigers.[5][6]
College career
editIn the 2023 season finale, Norfleet had a breakout game hauling in three receptions for 32 yards and two touchdowns in a win over rival Arkansas.[7] Norfleet finished the 2023 season bringing in 18 receptions for 198 yards and three touchdowns.[8] For his performance in his freshman season, Norfleet was named to the SEC all freshman team.[9] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Norfleet decided to fully commit to playing football and decided not to play baseball for Missouri.[10]
