Career

Stollery has been a standup comedian performing on CBC radio programs such as: The Debaters[3] and Laugh Out Loud.[4][5] He has appeared at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival,[6][7] the Alberta Comedy Spectacular: Best of the West television program,[8][9] and the Sudbury Comedy Festival.[10] He was a finalist at the Big Sky Comedy Festival.[11]

Stollery is heard regularly on the Sirius XM's Just For Laughs Canada channel.[12] He has released three comedy albums namely; Nice Enough (2009), For Brian Out Loud (2015) and Lost My Sense Of Taste (2022).[13] He has been featured in multiple local and international news media.[14][15][16]

As an actor, Stollery trained at the National Theatre School of Canada[6] and has appeared in movies such as Legends of the Fall,[17] Rat Race,[18] Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee[19] and a few others.[20] He also starred as Wally the bartender in the CBC Television Series, Tom Stone.[21]
