Canagarayam Suriyakumaran

Canagarayam Suriyakumaran (1922–2006) was a Sri Lankan environmentalist and professor. He is a notable economist, a former United Nations civil servant, a specialist in Local Government and Devolution and an Internationalist in Sri Lanka.[1]
