Carrier molecules may refer to:

  • Carrier proteins – Membrane protein involved in transportation
  • Carrier DNA – Inert DNA used to improve the efficiency of nucleic acid precipitation and purification
  • Carrier RNA, which is used in a similar manner to carrier DNA
