The Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works (CC-by-nd) is a Creative Commons License that aims to require Attribution (by) which requires others to give credit to the author of the work and its derivatives, and does not allow the user to modify or prepare derivative works of the licensed work. Although this is not a "free content" license under the definition used by Wikipedia, when used alongside the GFDL, it can allow a reuser to potentially not have to comply with the full terms of the GFDL, if they use the work without modification, although Wikipedia is now available under the CC BY-SA.
