I propose a subcategory to this for failed legislation so as to not clutter the main category, such as "Category:Failed legislation of the 110th United States Congress". If another word would work in place of "failed", I'm open to discussion. ~PescoSo say•we all19:27, 15 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
