This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because it was not empty until the nom deleted it (more than once, without edit summaries, see for example here), and it should not have been deleted, and it is normal for similar Maccabiah and Olympic year categories (we have many). --2604:2000:E016:A700:9D0F:FCCA:7ABC:9666 (talk) 05:22, 23 July 2017 (UTC)
