Rathfelder, I agree with Marcocapelle, Franks#Etymology discusses Romans becoming Franks from the 7th century. I don't think that dates and boundaries in 6th century Gaul are certain enough to accurately categorise bishops between Frankish, Burgundian, Ostrogothic and Visigothic kingdoms. I wasnt trying to distinguish between the kingdoms, just to seperate by geography. Maybe its more sensible to leave them as "in Gaul". Anyway this doesnt seem suitable for a Speedy decision - its too complex, so I had better withdraw it. Rathfelder (talk) 16:37, 26 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
