Hrmmm... Is anyone watching this page? It looks like we have about three separate categories here which we've thrown together.

Exchanges (short term: one or two semester, such as DAAD, etc., both at secondary and tertiary levels)
Full transfer (long term university switching)
Levelling up (sorry, playing too many RPGs today) from high school to university.
