editNote - would welcome assistance in determining criteria for this category. What is it that defines an 'All-Ireland' organization? I think one determining factor seems to be that there is a single organization, with jurisdiction or control or activities in RoI and NI. In this case for example, the train organizations, even though they cooperate, don't seem to qualify as All-Ireland because there are two different organizations: Iarnród Éireann, NI Railways. In addition, All-Ireland would seem to suggest an organization that works primarily in RoI and NI, so multinationals that happen to have activities in both would not really count. A few questions:
- Should self-description of being All-Ireland count?
- Are membership organizations, based in RoI (frequently) but that might have some members in NI, All-Ireland?
