This category is not by ethnicity, but by place. The people have to have lived in American Samoa. They do not have to be ethnically American Samoan. It should not be used for ethnic Samoans in the US but for people from American Samoa.John Pack Lambert (talk) 22:57, 6 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
I think the confusion between people from American Samoa and American people of Samoan descent has resulted in some of these categories being named "American Samoa FOO". Maybe this one should follow. Good Ol’factory(talk)23:00, 6 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
