this category was deleted as "overcatting". anytime we have a category with hundreds of listings, as we do here, it seems appropriate to find ways to subdivide it. Actor is a very common subdivision. we have categories for afr am, viet, korean, japanese, hispanic, indian, native american, so why not chinese? I will recreate and if proposed for deletion, defend it as entirely appropriate. its parent category, American actors of Asian descent, was properly deleted per policy of not categorizing people by race, but by ethnicity is ok.(mercurywoodrose)99.31.167.221 (talk) 04:10, 14 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
