Numbering grammar of Italian divisions

All of these divisions should be in the accepted English usage, which is Xth/Xrd/Xnd/Xst, not X, per MILMOS. This is for consistency with divisions of other nations and clarity in English. The Italian version can be included in the first sentence in parentheses. I have moved a number of them and will complete this task over the next week or so if I have time.
