Standards for inclusion

What are the standards for inclusion on this list? The lead does absolutely nothing to clarify. I would have guessed from the title that this list is for games where the gameplay is integrated with full motion video, e.g. Dragon's Lair, Night Trap, and Novastorm, but now I see that some people are adding games which only use full motion video during cutscenes.
