New category of healthcare by country
editMay I suggest that in order to slim down the number of subcategories in category:healthcare we group together all the subcategory entries for healthcare systems in countries into a new category of category:healthcare by country. I am happy to proceed with this if there is no objection posted. --Vincej 1 July 2005 13:29 (UTC)
- I was thinking the same thing when looking at this category. Observing Category:Categories by country I notice that most categories have a lot more subcategories, but not all, such as Category:Animals by country which has four and Category:Capital punishment by country also has six. I would recommend not creating the category until the vote for renaming passes (or fails) to remain consistant though. --TheDotGamer Talk July 3, 2005 06:41 (UTC)

Healthcare seems to be the more common usage. Can we change it back, and try to get some consistency?Rathfelder (talk) 13:35, 15 November 2015 (UTC)

A proposal to rename categories from "health care" to "healthcare" was made at CFD 2015 Nov 27, but participation was low as no categories were tagged. The consensus was to follow the name of the lead article. Some editors suggested renaming it from health care to healthcare. – Fayenatic London 10:39, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
