The name of this category is not of a neutral POV. A more neutral name would be "British laws relating to the American Revolution".

Since no colonial or Continental Congress laws are included, this category is clearly for British laws.
The new category name is more inclusive and would logical include such acts as the Recruiting acts of 1778 and 1779.
