Manhasset subcat

Seems to me, the pressure in Category:Nassau County, New York should indeed be relieved, but a tiny category for Manhasset is a poor way to do it. Better to make cats for ToNH and ToOBay, which together would accept nearly a hundred of the current articles in Nassau County's cat.
