What is this list? If it purports to be a list of media controlled by the U.S. military, then it is nearly 50% wrong. The Army Times Publishing Company is a division of Gannett, not the Pentagon. 02:45, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
Likewise for Stars and Stripes, which is authorized by the Dept. of Defense but NOT controlled by it. Stars and Stripes operates independently as a First Amendment news media, free of censorship and control.208.240.43.2 (talk) 13:39, 26 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
