Shouldn't there be a separate category for Queen's PC and King's PC

If someone was a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada before the death of QE II then that is what they were. They were not a member of the King's PC. If they survived QE II and so automatically became a member of the King's PC then shouldn't they be tagged with both? For individuals who did not survive QE II and were appointed by her then they have never been members of the King's PC so should not be tagged as such.
