This is just one more in a line of such categories ( People from Sussex/People from East Sussex/People from Lewes (district), and does not reflect the actual numbers of people involved. The list I have compiled List of people from Lewes, East Sussex contains over fifty names, and unless editors remember to add this category to an article it will never catch up with the facts, or the articles involved. Each of the categories referred to have just a small handfull of entries, because of that. I note that the Category:People from Sussex has a CatDiffuse note on it, but I doubt if it will mean much when careless applications of articles to a category are used! Well done in verifying the application of the Lewes categories, however it is normal practice to have a category for a town like Lewes. I'm unclear what your point is? Also, what point is your list if we have the category? Kernel Saunters (talk) 12:01, 17 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
