Merger proposal
editI have proposed merging Category:Technical aspects of philately into Category:Philatelic terminology. The contents of these appear to be indistinguishable and randomly divided between the categories and the title "Philatelic terminology" is preferable. Ecphora (talk) 12:12, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
