The Novel Pulitzer was awarded 27 times in 31 years 1917–1947--four times no award given, never split or shared by two novels or co-authors. Tarkington won two so there were 26 winning writers.
All 26 winners have biographies and those are the 26 pages now in the category, which constitutes complete coverage in two senses.
