Thank you for asking ! As Romanesque architecture is post-Roman and generally occurs in the European early medieval period, I thought "Pre-Romanesque architecture" would also involve Roman architecture from later antiquity (i.e. the first millennium AD). Is there any good alternative category for central European Roman architecture built during the era of the empire ?
