Inclusive
editAre we including all religious figures in this category? To the best of my knowledge, Charles Wesley (a lifelong Protestant) has never been canonized or even beatified, so I'm not sure why he was included here. - jredmond 16:11, 1 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- No, only people whom at least one Christian denomination reveres as a saint. The Church of England reveres Charles Wesley as a saint (at least, according to our List of saints - if this is inaccurate, he should be removed both from this category and that list). Jonel 05:56, 5 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- It looks complicated: the Church of England calendar puts John Wesley and Charles Wesley at 24 May, and not in italics so a "Lesser Festival" rather than a "Commemoration". --Henrygb 13:27, 18 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Rename this category

editSuppressing old PocketBot generated content, because of talk misusing and by taking up much space. Wikipedia:WikiProject Saints has currently better tools to deal with article status. --Kslotte (talk) 12:56, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
