One of the parent category for this one is Skyscrapers in New Zealand and as such, I haven't followed the naming convention by the use of 'high-rise' instead of 'skyscraper'. However, most definitions have 100 m building height as the lower bound for skyscrapers, and not a single building in Christchurch is that high. As such, it felt wrong to follow the naming convention. There aren't associated 'high-rises' categories, hence I've done something outside the norm. Any problems, please discuss.
