Rename to "Spanish colonial infrastructure..." no "s"

Adding an "s" to infrastructure is only proper in Filipino English. In American English and other standard English infrastructure is an uncountable noun. I propose that we should move this category. I am not sure how to move a category though. --Bruce Hall (talk) 09:01, 9 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
