Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

Several smaller, new or minor leagues like Major League Rugby, American Basketball Association and National Lacrosse League have cancelled or postponed their seasons this year, but they don't have individual pages about the seasons. At least not yet. I've added the category to the MLR page but I'm afraid it sticks out like a sore thumb. Anybody have any objections to putting the category on the league page itself if there is a prominent citation announcing the suspension on the page? User:Kire197521:15, 13 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Some of these were curtailed, but not cancelled: others are, at least for now, postponed, with the hope of them being rescheduled. This title is not suitable for the events that are being put into it. Kevin McE (talk) 18:51, 14 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

There are currently subcategories for three sports, but there could be more - ice hockey and cycling, for examples, have many articles which could move to a subcat for the sport - should we look to do that? Happy to set some new ones up. --Bcp67 (talk) 08:21, 25 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
I've created a few more subcats, where we had more than about 20 articles for a sport. Possibly we need one for athletics, or maybe just marathons too. Joseph2302 (talk)11:24, 11 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
