What competitions should be included here? I see the PanAm games participants have been added, but there are lots of other FIBA tournaments that the US competes in. Are the World University games included, for example? USA Basketball defines the "National team" as the Olympics, the World Championships and the qualifying tournaments for these two events on their site (link here).
