It seems from the description here that this is supposed to be limited to players with full NT caps (and the equivalent men's page is explicit about that). Teresa Noyola has US youth caps, but has only played for the Mexican senior team. I don't feel confident enough (wiki-etiquette-wise) to take her out of the category (especially since there may be other folx in similar boats), but it jumped out at me and I figured I'd put it here (I'll also put a note on her talkpage, since I bet this isn't watched much).
