I respect the work done and it is real nice, but I think the official name of the universities must prevail. The name of an university is as the name of a person, so you can not translate a personal name. So if we have the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from Medellin, the name is that, Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and not "Pontifical Bolivarianan University" (such University does not exist... you can say that in the article in order to be understood).
