Way forward

We need a process for reviewing these articles. One useful step would be a way of documenting exceptions. For example Born Again Tour refers to American venues, some of which are called Foo Theater or Center (although one is Theatre - a good example of a blanket exception being invalid. It would be possible to note these strings in an exceptions parameter, on a talk page or subsidiary page, on a special page, or off wiki somewhere. Once done the "annual" re-scan would know that these exceptions are not to be changed for Engvar reasons.
