This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because it's a maintenance/tracking category used to log requests for photos, which may become empty from time to time when all requests have been completed. This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because... it is a category for an administrative purpose with a big note on it saying "please don't delete for being empty"! Being empty means that there are no current requests for photos in Surry Hills, not that there will never be such requests again. --EdChem (talk) 19:31, 21 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
