@Incnis Mrsi and GeneralizationsAreBad: The account was also checked on deWP. Since there were few actions on deWP by that account, there were no direct IP intersections, but the configuration of the device(s) used is the same as several other accounts that could be attributed to the sockmaster. --Sense Amid Madness, Wit Amidst Folly (talk) 13:22, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
