Regarding redundancy of see also lists

I would like several opinions about whether see also lists on the above pages should list other Youth organizations when it duplicates the purpose of this catagory list. As it stands the see also lists on the pages are not applied uniformly, and thus corupts the neutrality of wikipedia.

My suggestion is to either apply the five pages to the see also lists, or remove the 4-5 pages from the see also lists and let this catagory page do its intended job.
