Charlie Kerr (cricketer)

Allen Charles Kerr (13 June 1906 – 28 November 1985) was a New Zealand cricketer. He played fourteen first-class matches for Auckland between 1941 and 1946.[1] He also played for Green Lane.[2] He was an all-rounder.[3]

Kerr was the son of Auckland cricketer Alec Kerr and was born at Auckland in 1906. He scored a century on debut for Auckland. Following his death in 1985 an obituary was published in the 1986 edition of the New Zealand Cricket Almanack and the main stand at the Auckland Domain ground was named in his honour.[4]
