Cheiloceps is a genus of planthoppers in the family Issidae.[1][2] Cheiloceps was described as a genus by Uhler, 1895, downgraded by Fennah, 1955 to a subgenus of Thionia; then restored to genus status by Gnezdilov, 2018.[3][4]
