Chibuike Emmanuel Onyekachi (born August 26, 1995) is a Nigerian architect and property developer, recognized as the founder and Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd, a real estate company based in Nigeria.

Chibuike Emmanuel Onyekachi[1] was born in Akagbeugwu, Nkanu West Local Government Area, Enugu State, Nigeria. He attended Royal Day Nursery & Primary School and Royal High School in Maiduguri, Borno State. Onyekachi later pursued a degree in Architecture at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN).

In September 2024, he was recognized by the International Association of World Peace Advocates for his achievements in the industry. Additionally, Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd was named Best Real Estate Company[9] by Progressive Frontiers[10] [disambiguation needed].
