Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) is a self-governing organization in Chittagong, Bangladesh which is responsible for implementing the city's master plan. It was established by the government in 1959[1] to manage the city's growth and drew up a master plan to be reviewed every five years to plan its urban development.[2][3][4][5]

Area covered
editAccording to the structure plan of the organization from 1995 the area covered up a total of 1152 km2. Chandgoan residential area is also developed by CDA. The organisation also constructed two educational institutions within the area, which are:
- CDA Public School and College
- CDA Girls' School and College
