Ciocârlia is a commune in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania. The commune includes two villages:
- Ciocârlia (historical names: Ciocârlia de Jos until 1968, Biulbiul-Mic, Turkish: Küçük Bülbül)
- Ciocârlia de Sus (historical names: Biulbiul-Mare, Turkish: Büyük Bülbül)
