It took take place on June 15, 2024 at the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio, and aired live as a special episode of Collision on TNT in the United States.

Six matches were contested at the event. In the opening bout, Blackpool Combat Club defeated Lio Rush, Rocky Romero and TMDK, also on the card was Deonna Purrazzo defeating Thunder Rosa in a No Disqualification match, Hechicero defeated Dalton Castle, Dante Martin defeated Lee Moriarty to qualify for the Ladder match at Forbidden Door. Kyle O'Reilly defeated Anthony Henry and in the main event, the House of Black defeated Bang Bang Gang.
