Connor Rand is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Altrincham and Sale West since 2024. A member of the Labour Party, he gained the seat from the Conservative Party.[2]

Rand attended school at Wisbech Grammar School and read history at the University of East Anglia. He had previously been a regional organizer for the Labour Party, and senior researcher at the Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers.[1][3]
He hadn't been intending to stand for the seat until the previous candidate Ben Hartley stood down only days before the election was called, citing "personal circumstances".[4][1]
