The Conservative Party of Delaware is a ballot qualified political party in the US State of Delaware. Despite having no formal organization and leadership, the party managed to become a designated minor political party in 2021 due to 0.10% of all Delaware voters having list their political party as "Conservative".[2] It was revived in 2024 by Libertarian activist Will McVay.[3]

Revival and 2024 campaign
editWill McVay managed to re-organize the Conservative Party in 2024. The party nominated Vermin Supreme of the Pirate Party for President of the United States and comedian Jonathan Realz for Vice President of the United States.[3][6] It also gave it's ballot line to Jon Roe, a candidate for District two in the Delaware State Senate.[3] Roe is the only third-party candidate for the Delaware legislature in 2024.[3]
