Division No. 8 is a census division on the north coast of the island of Newfoundland in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It has a land area of 9,314.57 km² (3,596.4 sq mi) and had a population of 33,940 at the 2016 census.[2] Its largest communities are the towns of Lewisporte, Springdale, and Twillingate.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Division No. 8 had a population of 33,940 living in 15,385 of its 21,721 total private dwellings, a change of -5.2% from its 2016 population of 35,794. With a land area of 9,234.94 km2 (3,565.63 sq mi), it had a population density of 3.7/km2 (9.5/sq mi) in 2021.[2]
