Dowlatabad (Persian: دولتاباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dowlatabad Rural District[4] of the Central District of Ravansar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 398 in 104 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 353 people in 105 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 326 people in 103 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
