Önder Kaya (13 December 1974, İstanbul) Turkish research, author ve teacher.
Önder Kaya graduated from Marmara University and in the same year he graduated he did his Master's at the Marmara University Turkish Studies Institute about the Ayyubids. He started his teaching career at İstek schools and then went on to work at the Şişli Terakki high school. He continues his work as a teacher at Robert College.
