生平：

蔡活麟出生於1984年，幼時在新界錦田由祖父母照顧，感情深厚。後由於入學需要，移居屯門跟父母居住，小學就讀五邑鄒振猷學校，成績優異。後中學入讀南屯門官立中學，會考後繼續原校升讀預科，畢業於香港城市大學。

2019年修畢浸會大學兒童心理學課程，同年修畢於中文大學舉辦的催眠課程，及後一直兼職催眠師。

經歷：

2005年還未大學畢業的時候和大學的同學合資，於九龍灣淘大商場開了一間足球精品店，半年租約期滿便關門大吉。

2006-2007年曾經在一間電子公司工作過一年半，擔任文員。

2007年及後又與朋友合資在深圳東門開了一家服裝店，不足半年，便轉讓離場。

同年，在香港一間大型電訊商開始工作，在此期間，成為一名管理層，2016年離職時，任職經理。

2017年初創辦智仁卓越教育中心。

2021年-2022年，一連增添了兩所分校。
